Sr. Choir Director
Since a child, Eileen has enjoyed listening to and performing many types of music. When asked why she chose a degree in Music Education, she jokes, “It’s the only subject I did well in!” She has used her education primarily within the church by directing Jr. and Sr. choirs and a variety of small vocal and instrumental ensembles for more than 25 years.
Eileen and her husband Frank moved to Lititz in August of 2002. Her husband Frank, the former President of E. C. C. Retirement Villiage, Myerstown, Pa. and president of Moravian Manor Retirement Community of Lititz, PA. Frank currently works as a consultant doing interim administration.
Eileen serves as Sr. Choir Director and Worship Coordinator here at Trinity. Frank and Eileen have three grown children: Christopher, living in Colorado; Koren Fox, living in Lititz with husband George and children Brianna and Colin; and Joel, living in Lancaster with wife Katie and son, Gavin.
In her home, Eileen also enjoys teaching private flute and piano students. She and Frank enjoy traveling together and with friends. She also enjoys working in the yard and loves caring for Brianna and Colin several days a week.
“Great is Thy Faithfulness” is one of Eileen’s favorite hymns. She finds the following reasons to praise God expressed in this hymn:
God is faithful
He never changes
He pardons me from sin
He gives me peace
His Holy Spirit cheers me on and guides me
“Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see;
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided—
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!”
1 Timothy 5:17 The elders who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor, especially those whose work is preaching and teaching.
