We have many praises for
our VBS this year!
Our theme was "The Egypt File: Discovering the Meaning of Life"
A VBS curriculum from Answers In Genesis.
Children learned how precious they are to God and that
God created them to know, love and worship Him!
Each day was filled with new learning adventures that included hands-on apologetic lessons, a travel tunnel to India and an actual excavation site where children learned a bit about Biblical archeology and discovered real potsherds (small pieces of pottery) from an actual Middle East dig site.
Crafts, games and songs complimented all that was taught from the Bible each day!
In addition to the VBS Bible lessons, preschoolers enjoyed special Story-times, Worship In Motion and a creative puppet time with Humphrey the Camel!
It was an explosion of energy and excitement.
Our teens were wonderful helpers and examples of leadership for our younger children.
We are so thankful for all the Lord accomplished this week
-including calling 12 children to make a decision to follow Christ.
