 Assistant Church Secretary
Verdie has served as part-time office staff for the past
4 years. Married to
Larry for 30 years, they have 3 adult children: Keith, Teresa (married to Michael Goodhart), and Christie.
Verdie is actively involved with the youth program. She hosts the
weekly Senior High Bible Study in her home. She also helps coordinate
the Senior Ministry Socials held at Trinity. In addition to working at
Trinity, Verdie also helps run their family business, the Rodney Lane Laundromat. Verdie joined Trinity in
May of 1979. She loves the Lord. God has been shaping and molding her
life since she first became a Christian (and even before) and . . .
as she says, “He’s still working on me.” After being at Trinity for the
past 27 years she feels she has seen many changes within these walls but has
never been more excited than now to see how God is working in the lives of
His church. "I love seeing so many new faces at Trinity, especially
the new babies." GOD IS GOOD.
